Why we build our products inside real businesses

The fastest way to build software nobody wants is to build it from the outside. You imagine the workflow, ship the feature, and discover six months later that the real job looks nothing like your mental model.

IRM365 took the opposite path. It grew inside a working real-estate brokerage, next to the people doing the job every day — capturing leads, chasing follow-ups, generating contracts, chasing post-dated cheques. Every module earned its place by removing a real, daily friction, not by filling a cell on a feature matrix.

That's the thing we try to repeat with every product and every client engagement: get close enough to the work to feel the friction yourself. It's slower at the start and much faster after launch, because you're not rebuilding on top of wrong assumptions.

We stay on after launch, too. The interesting problems — the ones that actually decide whether software gets used — almost always show up once real traffic hits.
