The shape of a project.

Most engagements follow the same four stages. Scope is agreed before we start; demos happen weekly; handover is a real artifact, not a Slack message.

    Discovery

    We clarify goals, users, and success metrics. We look at your existing systems and decide what stays and what gets built.

  2. 02

    Design

    Component-first Figma work paired with a clickable prototype. We align on flows before a line of production code is written.

  3. 03

    Build

    Iterative delivery with weekly demos and a real staging environment. No big-bang launch; no surprises.

  4. 04

    Operate

    We stay on after launch — monitoring, iteration, on-call when things break. Handover is optional, not forced.

Who we tend to work best with.

We’re most useful to teams with a concrete problem and room to iterate — not RFP responses or "disrupt X" pitches. If you can describe the user in a sentence and the outcome in another, we can probably help.

We say no to engagements where success is defined by vanity metrics, where the scope keeps changing to justify pre-built enterprise tooling, or where the buyer doesn’t have authority to make product decisions. We’ll usually recommend someone else.

We work remote-first for product engagements; for on-site consulting we’re most active in the UAE and wider MENA region.
